(1) Лице или група кои обезбедуваат финансиски средства, во готово или во натура, за проектот и се одговорни за целокупната реализација на проектот. (2) Лицето кое на проект менаџер му доделува одговорност за спроведување на проектните активности и реализација на крајниот производ. (3) извршен управител кој управува, раководи, следи, финансира и е одговорен за целокупната реализација на проектот.
