Also, most countries that build these cars (Italy, Germany) have some roads without speed limits...

what you don't get from a car showroom is a track for speed, it is an option you have to look for if you are fan of speed, where you can enjoy it safly, otherwise you will enjoy the fact that you own this car, which something not easy to acheive.

If the top speed of an engine in a car is limited to a certain value it has other undesirable consequences. For example, it would mean that the car would not be able to accelerate to top speed as fast, and would be less fuel efficient.
